Blessings to one and all, in the Holy Name of Jesus:

Sometimes a little knowledge is dangerous. Many times a lot of knowledge about someone can be very dangerous. People do not want to be known “inside out” by anyone. We are fear filled people. We hide our real feelings and loves from everyone. We wear a mask and we play a role. When a spouse discovers what is really inside their life-long mate the revelation can at times be quite a jolt. So people keep “it” inside and they resent and become very angry when someone gains insight about their innermost self.

The Psalmist says, “O, Lord you have searched me and known me!”  God knows people inside-out. He and He alone has a full knowledge of the inner workings of His children. It is amazing to me when I consider my own insides that God for Christ’s sake still loves me and you despite what we are on the inside. He sees and He knows and yet He still loves.

Is it not wonderful to belong to such a great God?  Such a God who knows what you think of Him and what you think of the ones He loves. Who allows you to hate, gossip, envy, and show lack of love -- all these things that He hates -- and yet still calls you His child.

May the Holy Spirit place the knowledge of this wonderful God and His divine love in your heart so that you will want to love Him with all your being.

My friends in Christ! Love God and not anything else. Give glory to God in your life if for no other reason simply because He still loves you after what you have allowed yourself to do.

I am sure of it, God, for Christ’s sake, does love you. He lived, died and rose from the dead to satisfy His own need of justice and made sure of His forgiveness.

Rejoicing in His days,
Pastor Krestick
